Tiger Woods starts tied for 19th with his two stroke penalty assessed after an illegal drop yesterday on the 15th. Tiger now sits five strokes back behind leader Jason Day and is scheduled to tee of at 1:45pm today. Let’s see if Tiger can chase down his first major of the year.
