Stanley Cup Playoffs Are Back

Posted: May 3, 2013 by B in Islanders, NHL, Rangers

The Stanley Cup playoffs have started and both the New York Rangers and New York Islanders are 0-1. The Isles lost 5-0 on Wednesday to the Pittsburg Penguins, while the Blue Shirts lost 3-1 to the Washington Capitals last night. This was not the start the local hockey fans were looking forward too. The Isles have a chance to tie the series tonight, but it also means the return of Sid “the Kid” Crosby, while the Rangers looks to tie it up in a matinee on Saturday. Playoffs are back for both New York squads, let’s try and make it last.
