The three of us are training for our first tough mudder on May 18 in Chicago! It’ll be nine of us all together…keep track of our training schedule below:

Pierce – 5 Mile Trail Run


Ndiggy – 3 mile bike, 5 mile run

B – 7 Mile Run


Pierce – Crossfit Training


Pierce – 2 hour weight lifting session


Pierce – Crossfit Training


Pierce – 1 hour of weight lifting


B – 2 mile run


B – 3 mile run


B – 45min weight lifting

25min bike


B – 8 mile run
